I just moved up after dominating both Tier 1 Series. It definitely gets tougher.

I’ve had to go back and forth between T1 and T2 due to money reasons. Kind of stuck

This is my first time playing, but I’ve found so far that bumping driver development to 4 ASAP is a big help. Young drivers are much cheaper than experienced, and often better. Also firing/hiring new engineers on a regular basis to bump stats without having to pay for new facilities.
